Thanks to the luxuriously creamy blend of Koko Kanu Jamaican Coconut Rum, Flor de Cana Slow Aged Extra Dry Rum, "gula melaka", a pinch of salt, fresh coconut water and coconut cream, I was magic-carpeted to adults-only "chendol" nirvana. The finishing touch of caramelised fresh coconut meat was simply genius in my opinion.
