Risotto is a North Italian rice dish cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. Wine, herbs and butter are the usual ingredients and this is one of the most common ways Italians eat their rice. Had a tasty one at Bridge cafe yday cooked in mushroom broth. It's great learning more about my food from friends as I shoot 😊✌🏼

This Milo panna cotta captured my eye, and mouth, when i saw it on the menu at Five & Dime. I had it as lunch. Awfully Milo gao-ed with e Milo dust and condensed milk drizzle.
