I am surprised that with such a wide variety of cuisine and dishes, most of the dishes at Colony are of excellent quality. There are quite a few note-worthy dishes, make sure to try those.

Hitoyoshi Yoshi Yakiniku & Mart at the end of The Rail Mall has 2 90-minute yakiniku buffets during lunch and dinner - US Black Angus Beef Buffet at $42.80++ and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Buffet at $86.80++ per person. Both buffets come with more than 60 ingredients and dishes to choose from.

The Straits Kitchen halal buffet on the ground floor of Grand Hyatt focuses on Southeastern flavors serving a detectable spread of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan dishes.

Greenhouse is an all-day international buffet in Dusit Thani Laguna which offers 5 live kitchens that serves Chinese, Italian, Thai, Indian and Japanese delights in a forest-themed restaurant.

Kiseki Japanese Buffet Restaurant offers more than 200 buffet items over 29 categories.

You can expect sashimi and sushi, yakotori and robatayaki, Japanese hot pot, cold buckwheat noodles and more. Each diner is also entitled to a serving of their seasonal speciality which happens to be Japanese Baked Gratin Oyster.

The food is average at best but you do get to have a birdeye view of Orchard Road.

Besides Seafood on Ice, Japanese, Mediterranean and Western food, there are also many local iconic dishes available such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chilli Crab and Village Style Assorted Satay.
