Oh my good golly gumdrops!!! Cocotte is going down in my books as one of the most wonderful brunch hideouts in Singapore! And no, it's not the prosecco talking... The roast pork with lime was a melt in your mouth explosion of flavor... The charred carrots and asparagus salad was drool worthy... And that dessert trolley!!! I will dream of the creme brûlée that was torched at table side!!! The amazing thing about Cocotte is that everything on their trolley compliments each other... Flavors are balanced between dishes, covering a full spectrum, leaving you satisfied and in need of a nap after multiple taste-gasms!
