Soups
Cheng Mun Chee Kee Pig's Organ Soup located at 24 Foch Road, is to crave for. The broth is flavourful with a peppery, tint of sour taste from the preserved vegetables. With the high volume of customers you are assured of the freshness of ingredients. Today, I discovered that the soup is refillable, after observing many customers brining their bowls to the cooks to have it refilled. Along with this specialty are other side dishes to make the meal complete - minced pork "biscuit", chap chai, braised chicken, vinegared pig trotters, and more. This place is open from 9am to 5am except Monday. Enjoy.
Dense and milky Beauty Collagen broth made from shark's cartilage, and enhanced with luxurious Chinese herbs. Something which stands out from the other restaurants serving collagen hotpot. Not sure if the hype for collagen hotpot is over, but who cares I just want some homemade beauty to nourish my body and soul.

A steamboat dinner at Imperial Treasure is a great way to end a long day in town with your best friend, or perhaps for a quiet date night. Here, they provide super fresh, high quality ingredients, and freshly made soup bases like drunken chicken and Ginseng chicken soup. Start the fun by creating your own mix of sauces from the 12 condiments available! Prices of set menus range from $88-$108++ for 2 pax, and $168-$228++ for 4 pax (or you can order a la carte) -- a little on the steep side for steamboat, but its seriously, seriously worth every penny. Open till late, tucking into this classy hotpot at 1am is deeply satisfying.
3 words: pork rib ramen. Go straight for their signature Boss Rib Ramen ($13.90) - superbly tender pork ribs slow-cooked for 24 hours, glazed with yakitori sauce and perfectly charred, served with a rich tonkotsu broth that's been cooked for 8 hours. For something a little different, try their Beer Belly Ramen ($18.90) that comes with a pork belly slice grilled in yakitori sauce and served in a tonkotsu broth made with Sapporo beer, or their Black Garlic Dry Ramen ($10.90). If you still have stomach, and can't get enough of their delicious pork belly, order their Grilled Kakuni Buns ($4.90 with every ramen order)!
Savoury beef broth with melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket that is not at all gamey. Got a non-soup noodle lover like me addicted to the broth; what's not to like with a bowl of Pho like that?
Full flavoured with a natural beefy taste, this is my new no. 1 choice for Vietnamese beef pho in Singapore. It doesn't have the sugary sweetness that marks Long Phung's version but neither is it mild and boring.
At $7 per bowl, I feel they are quite generous with the sliced cooked beef, beef brisket and beef balls as well.
