This was definitely one of those items on the menu that was calling out to be explored. Love how dense the sweet potato brownie was. (Somewhat misled to think it contained cocoa) and the ice cream was really unique and it worked for me (made with potato skin soaked then blended to extract the essence before churning in the ice cream maker). I thought both elements could have been elevated with some spices like cardamom, nutmeg or cinnamon. Or even a rich treacle or maple. Spices and root vegetables are meant to be together forever♥️
