We enjoyed the tender delicious marmite pork ribs (medium - $10) the best as even elderly with dentures could pull it off easily... Lol. Expected more from the lobster porridge though (2 lobsters for $58.50). The Steamed Grouper in Hong Kong style was delicate and the sauce was not too salty, just right to bring out the freshness of the fish. Salted egg prawn ball (medium - $30) however was a let down. Egg spinach (small - $10) was palatable. Give the healthier lemongrass drink ($2.20 but not in pic as it was gobble up too fast) a try too. Overall was a very enjoyable dinner.

If you like charred like hor fun then you must try Chef Lam's Seafood Hor Fun ($6). The hor fun is smooched with gravy and eggs filled with aromatic fragrance. Their crispy fish skin ($8) is also equally addictive. Worth the wait.

Surprised that there is no queue at Lao Wang @ Oasis Terrace, we decided to give it a try on a Saturday lunch time. The place was packed but we waited for only about 5 mins when a family finished their meal and vacated the table. The Herbal Frog Leg Soup (2 frogs - $16) is flavourful as the herbs are not too strong while Sambal Seafood Claypot ($8.50) is savoury. We also ordered the non-spicy Kangkong ($5) and Ngoh Hiang (2 pieces - $5) for kids but they were quite average though. For a kick, dip the Kang Kong into the Sambal Seafood Claypot chilli and it goes well especially with rice. Overall it's value for money @ $37.50, no GST or Service Charge. Will visit again to try out other dishes next round.
