Love the brioche used in the roll. So buttery and cakey. If more filling even butter. It may looked like a lot of butter but somehow I spread lots of honey butter on the hush puppies. Buttery + sweetness from the corn.

Waited quite awhile for the complimentary bread 🍞 basket 🧺 because it was baking a new batch.
The strawberry 🍓 pie 🥧 was delicious 😋, served pipping hot. The slightly tart strawberry 🍓 balanced the finely minced sweet almond paste filling.
The pork was served cold 🥶. The apple chutney helped to balance the flavours.

Ate here because we had a show at the theatre across to catch.
My dining mate was on a vegetarian diet, so the staff recommended the above pizza. Like the soft mild cheese in the pizza. But the chewy crust was a bit too charred. Used quite a lot of jaw strength for this meal.

It was light and airy with a slight tart taste, especially in its lemon 🍋 curd center.
Walked past the hotel lobby and realized that the area formerly which had a counter selling the cakes was under renovation.
Oh where to get these cakes next time? 😱
