Founded in 1933 This Restaurant serve Authentic 兴华 food. This Restaurant started by late Mr Ho Ah Tong. So let explain to u the Name of the restaurant. "MING CHUNG" mean People in Chinese. The restaurant dun serve many dishes as tze char but they will sell what they are comfortable with. Okay their Signature is their Lor Mee. Normally we eat the lor mee is dark in colour.
