Cooked Ipoh Hor Fun with Crispy Fried Chicken! I have magic hands!
Stir fry clams with home made chilli. This taste cannot get anywhere else. The chilli is made from scratch. The great amount of effort in peeling all brown onions and shallots and cutting chillies. It's like woah.. The freshness of the clams plus chilli! *ooohhhh*
It's not easy to cook pork belly. It has to be cooked till tender but not overcooked so that the meat is still fully intact. Need a certain kind of skill to master this.
Home made salted egg flower crabs! Auntie uses curry leaves to stir fry the crabs. It just bring the aroma of this dish to a new level! Very labor intensive but also very rewarding.

My friends said that it's tasted very good. Tested and proven before I even dare to share my recipe. Small diced pineapples and Japanese cucumber but take away the center seeds part. Cut chicken thighs into big chunks. Marinate it with soy sauce, sesame oil and egg yolks. Coat with plain flour and deep fried it till fully cooked! Take a saucepan, mixed ketchup with Thai sweet chili, add some oyster sauce and add some water. And some little sesame oil. Cook the sauce till it thickens, add pineapples and cucumbers and finally chicken! You add some tomatoes if you want. You can add cornstarch in if you want to thicken the sauce. But I do without it. There you have sweet and sour chicken!
This is glutinous rice with corn and coconut milk in a coconut husk! Mom is the best!
