No color contrast and the plating doesn't impress. I didn't even have any expectation of this when I saw it, in fact this was the last dish I tasted tonight. When I took one bite and I went "WOW!!" It is super super flavorful. This is only achievable when the wok is hot enough! Impressive dish after-all!
