Chateau Jolys, Cuvée Jean, Jurançon, France, 2009. Made from Petit Manseng. Wine was fermented in stainless steel but matured in French oak. One of the best sweet wines I ever had.

And I ONLY drink Moscato d'Asti. Produced mainly in the province of Asti, north-west Italy. It's semi sweet, lightly sparkling and low in alcohol, often enjoyed with dessert. Moscato d'Asti is generally produced in smaller quantities and in a more delicate style. I'm super fussy when it comes to Moscato, I have tasted so many kinds of Moscato, the best are still the ones from Moscato d'Asti! The smoothness of it is wooooohhhhhhhh...
