Unfortunately, their business was so good that they sold out in 30mins. The good news was that you could call them to reserve the bao.
The dumpling and steamed cake weren't available until the auntie recovered.

Hours: 6:00am to 5:00pm (closed on Thursday). Bao arrive around 1:30pm and sold out by 2:00pm.

The celeriac was fried till translucent (which was very difficult). The juice and depth of flavor could only be found in such root veg.
Just give this a try.

The preserved vegetable and the pork belly were perfectly bond. No trace of fatty meat or smelly pork was found.
