[NEW Menu] [Harbourfront] [Launch: 10 Jul 2015] In conjunction with #SG50, Street 50 at Bay Hotel had launched an all [NEW] Golden Jubilee a la carte menu featuring cuisines with a local touch. My Durians! My 榴莲莲莲 ah!

Enjoyed the rich durian set atop the Pandan jelly. No regrets for durian lovers.

[NEW] [One-North] [Opened: Jul 2015] Bakersfield with a Baker's Feel opened at Fusionopolis last week with lots of Chio and pretty desserts for eye feasting! Cozy small space with great service, people working in that area can get some desserts when they are stressed (desserts and stressed are words spelt in the reverse manner anyway)

The pistachio was pretty rich and distinct, lay on top of a crusty base. We loved the richness and crispiness of the crust but I preferred a more buttery taste to the base.

Mango and Blueberry Juice with Strawberry Jelly (SGD 4.50) - Not overly sweet and we loved to slurp the jelly at the bottom.

[NEW] [Dhoby Ghaut] [Soft launch: TODAY]
Anyone is curious what Curious Palette is offering? Wait no longer! They soft launched today, serving a similar menu to Strangers' Reunion!

Topped with lots of fresh berries and sunflower seeds, it's like a walk in the garden. Pour the maple syrup to make your life sweeter. A bit of crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, a similar version to Paddy Hills, except that the latter is more crispy.

The fruit Danish is encased within a crispy crust and topped with all sorts of fruits. Every bite is crunchy and you will definitely beam with joy.

The French potato is also one of my favourites. Topped with mayonnaise and I'm ready to swallow everything.

The lavender tea has quite a distinctive floral scent bur is masked when one tries to eat it with the citric lychee sorbet. Pleasant it may be, but not something that I will craved for even though it has rock melon and aiyu jelly in it.

I was intially attracted to the bright colours but was slightly disappointed by the taste. The central portion is made up of apricot compote with Greek yogurt encasing it. Still, a tad too sweet for my liking. The sweetness had masked off the apricot taste and only suitable for sweet tooth
