Was excited to try this out since so many good feedbacks were heard. It was okay but personally I don't really like it. The texture is too soft & it even tasted bitter at some part.

Good combination of poached egg with smoked salmon and hash brown. A tiny surprise which a thin slice of lemon is added gives 'flavour' to it.
