Chabuton Tonkotsu Ramen is the signature ramen here. Available in normal (as shown above)($11.90++) and small portion ($8.30++). Comes with generous amount of ingredients. Noodles are springy and cooked al-dente. Cha shu is normal. The broth tasted rather rich but is slightly too salty. For an additional $3++, the ramen comes with ajitama (softboiled egg) and buta kakuni (braised pork belly). The softboiled egg is good as it remained soft even after a while and the yolk is rather runny. The buta kakuni is nicely braised and delicious!
For $5, you get 8 pieces of mouth-sized gyoza that you can finish within a bite. The skin is crispy but is quite sticky as they stick onto the other pieces. Filling is little and being not so oily, it is rather tempting to get another plate due to its portion!
