Tucked in the corner of a coffee shop along Thomson Road, Sin Ming Roti Prata has generated quite a following for their house-made dough and freshly made pratas. While this means you have to wait for your prata, it's well worth it considering you will be getting a hot, fluffy stack. Try their coin pratas for really crispy, fun bites at 6 pieces for $3.50! It doesn't matter if you've chosen Al-Azhar and have stuck to it loyally for your entire lifetime - if you want a darn good cheese mushroom prata, put your loyalty aside and march over to Al-Ameen for this gorgeous creation. With a generous and even spread of cheese throughout the prata, you're ensured oozing glory. This has got to be one of the best supper snacks! Photo by Jayne Tan
