WHAT?! EAST SIDE GOOD FOOD!

I always adore prawn noodles, but what I look for is the broth. Then I must say, this broth - really good! Thick and flavourful. Generous serving of 3 pieces of prawns (they are pretty huge, not those tiny ones). I never liked yellow noodles but I found it well-cooked - springy and just right! I wish I could just have the soup & the prawns right now~ 😌

I'm sure everyone has seen this before. Able to choose your own ingredients and pair it up with your bee Hoon. But since I have my prawn noodles, so no beehoon this time! My favourite is the red thing in the middle - sausage / 贯肠 . All the ingredients were good, chilli sauce is awesome. But i felt that it was a little too oily. I could squeeze out some oil before dipping it into the chilli sauce. But on an overall aspect, it's really pretty yum! 😋😋😋
