As well as Via Tokyo, Dimdumsum dimsum & Ichiran ramen! More on the blog, direct link in bio ☺️
Waited 40mins for this but it was pretty worth it!
The highlight of this dish was all in the green tea sauce, sizzling away on the hot plate. 😍 If you're a big fan of matcha, Sinmei Tea might be for you 🍵
Anyway give this a try if you are in the vicinity. A twist to the usual egglet flavours. And if you are more adventurous, try some of their signature creations.
A set of scrambled eggs, ham and buttered toast with milk, just perfect for breakfast. This is in Wan Chai, a stone's throw from our hotel. People say the eggs here are better than ADC. Going to find out today how it compares with the other later.
Hing Kee is known for their claypot rice in temple street, Hong Kong. Four season was nearby but there's a queue so we decided to try Hing Kee. Prices consider cheap but I thought the claypot rice tasted normal 😕 not as fragrant as the ones we had in sgp. Will try four seasons next.
Heard the raved about their dim sum and decided to try it. We were there at 11am where it open but there's already a queue. Liu sha bao was a disappointment but overall food was not bad esp the fried Cheong fan.
