Time For Brunch

Perfectly poached eggs 🍳. Hate it when brunch places don't get it right. The pulled pork shoulder and apple cider hollandaise, atop sourdough bread 🍞 was superb. 💯

From seafood paella to salt encrusted fish and a suckling pig with the whole fanfare of parade, plate cutting and throwing! This is definitely a one of a kind dining experience here at Catalunya!
