Selected Grass Jelly Milk Tea 仙草奶茶 as choice of drink. Love the crispy bits in the cold noodles. Had the buns while pipping hot was the best. Love the crispy crust of the bun.

Father noted that there’s no orange and Ang Bao given for this year’s dinner. Service was a mess this year even when we were dining at the first timing slot. Table setting was not complete when we were shown to our table. No regular change of plates.

The savoury broth was slightly spicy. The radish was soft and well braised with hints of sweetness. Although could not taste much meat, the skin of the pork knuckles was soft without feeling jelat. .

I usually avoided milk tea but the siap taste (happened usually when the tea leaves had left for too long in water) in this version was slight in the aftertaste. It was rich and smooth without too sweet.
