Major turn off with the amount of liquid and oil. Could only taste the garlic and nothing else. Disappointing. Service also needs improvement. They also forgot two items 😓😓.

Wanting to support local but this place is a major let down. Ordered food for
Collection around 5.30pm and went to collect at 6.05pm (based on past experiences that they are always running late). It was not ready as they didn’t turn on the Grab platform. No apologies. Went at 6.45pm and food was still not ready. The food was burnt or overly salty. Service and quality have quickly gone downhill. Would not support them again nor recommend them.

The staff locked out new customers because all the tables were occupied. However the disappointment is the staff were not busy but they also didn’t bother clearing empty cups for so many tables. They spent more time telling us to go away coz they are full but many of the patrons had finished their drinks. 😓😓😓

Great coffee and hope it stays hidden. It’s just too good. Croffles are also awesome

Great disappointment. The $9.90 for 2 crab croquettes were served frozen without any apology. Then it too over 30 mins for it to be served and this was after we finished our meal and asked how much further it is. Very unjapanese. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The lids for takeaway are not made for takeaway. There is a massive unsealed hole. Worse the staff wanted to use sticky tape and ungloved hands to do this. Bad hygiene. The actual milk tea is less than 1/3 of the cup. Now I know why they don’t do even less ice! Outlet visited is at PLQ Mall.

Positive first - great mash potatoes. Medium rare steaks came out rare for both steaks. The fries tasted like it had freezer burn. Onion rings were oily. Service was generally ok.

Worse service and coffee tasted like crap. Wouldn’t recommend it. Misleading menu signage. Place cannot even format or align their menu properly. Please get this right at least before opening a coffee joint. Staff are rude and doesn’t even know what the menu reads or look like. Someone claiming to be shop officer didn’t even acknowledge their issue or apologise. With this quality in staff and coffee, good luck.

First day of opening, and we couldn't wait to be the first customers! ;) Happy to have a neat little cafe so near home. Lovely decor, but very limited items on the menu for now, shall check back again soon.
