La fine de claire oysters, nice briny tasty oysters served with either lemon or vinegar sauce. A well known type of oyster from Atlantic coast of France. Heavenly when they are paired with rosé on a hot sunny afternoon.
One of the best escargot i've tasted in singapore, burgundy escargot with garlic butter.
French's buckwheat crepe with prosciutto, emmental and berries mouse on the side, paired it with dry pear cider, heavenly!
