Dim Sum

Being the signature here, definitely a must order to try! While I was biting into it I could really feel the strands of mee sua, not something I would eat continuously because the chili there to go with it I feel can be better and I would prefer not to have it if there’s no condiments

One of the usual to order at a dim sum place, its not too salty unlike what I’ve tasted at other dim sum place before. Comfort food on a rainy day too with the piping hot custard oozing out.

Although fried, still bouncy and soft. Good addition if you want something light especially to if you ordered quite a few heavy flavored dim sum.

The usual banana fritters are usually quite sweet from my impression of them, but this is surprisingly not. Coupled with prawn it definitely intrigues me whilst I was looking at the menu for dishes that are different or unique to their own. Cut into halves, bite sized and not cloying.

A must have for side dish whenever I am dining here. The crispy texture with huge chunks of minced juicy prawn meat is so delightful and fragrant I just cant stop reaching out for it.

Flavor includes: Original, Prawn, Spicy Beef, Spicy Chicken, Foie Gras, Cheese and Black Truffle. Especially for novelty-loving foodies, also, some of the flavors tastes quite yummy too and is acceptable!

Crispiest beancurd skin I've came across so far. Prawns are fresh, as for the filling it is stuffed w generous amount of prawn bits.

These wonderful little xlbs are a staple everytime I visit DTF for meals. Fresh, full of fillings and juicy. P/s : chefs will weigh them upon making and if its not up to a certain standard they will not include it for cooking. Quality assured.
