New Places To Try
Does Thai Milk Tea/Coffee with a scoop of Red Ruby sound odd to you? This newly-opened stall at Market Street Food Centre does just that; serving Thai beverages with Thai-inspired toppings along with them. Choose between various beverages with your preferred toppings; if this sounds eccentric to you, think about bubble tea and probably it would ring a bell. A new-generation hawker stall with an interesting concept!
The fried chicken is bigger than my face and I loved the maple butter sauce.
The iron waffles here are completely different from the others, crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Despite some hits and misses, Sin Lee Foods scored high on the service and it is definitely a spot worth considering for all day brunch.
Uh huh.
Serving huge portions, be sure to share your food here at Gold Food. With most dishes priced below $10, this value-for-money Thai restaurant is great for some mango salad, green curry and tom yam. Located conveniently in Sunshine Plaza, it's a great hidden gem for cheap, tasty Thai food in town.
Between the soft buns is a prettily curled piece of fried dory fish fillet that sits on a cheese slice, while holding a dollop of tartare sauce. The fish's crunchy coating and the juicy flakiness within was absolutely sublime. Will be back for this again soon.
Nothing really awesome that warrants $9. You are better off with cheaper versions at hawker centres or food courts.
Cozy new cafe in bedok!
