Crodo is basically a crossiant and donut hybrid - stuffed with gula Melaka cream and accented with coconut, then finished it off with coconut shavings. We enjoyed the smoky palm sugar flavour within, alongside with the flaky Crodo. 🍴

These Spanish doughnuts $14 possess a tender exterior and a fluffy interior. The best way to enjoy is to have them dipped in that dark chocolate and coffee foam. 😋 Did I also mention that 1 UNA at One Rochester has a cosy and romantic ambience? 💃🏼

The salted egg flavour was rich and fragrant, together with layers of light black sesame chiffon and black sesame frosting, topped with salted egg yolk custard and salted egg crumble. With a balance flavour of salty and sweet, it was an interesting eat. But for 9 bucks a slice, maybe not for the second time. 🍰

Mixed Berry Pancake [S$13.80] Dutch baby pancake aka Bismarck, served on hot cast iron pan. Topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & mixed berries. Crispy on the sides, eggy chewy texture in the middle. Waiting time approx 15-20mins.

Fancy French $16, filled with fig jam within the French toast, then drizzled w ume-boshi infused honey, topped w fresh grapes, plums and homemade hazelnut butter. Wiped off this crusty French toast in no time. 🍞

It consists of 3 matcha lava donuts and a pumpkin soft serve. Didn't quite fancy the pumpkin flavour. Also find it rather pricey imo for ice cream and 3 mini balz. 🍦😳

These little balz of guava bonbons came as a surprise, it boomz in your mouth. Lol. 😅

Back here again for more flavours, Earl Grey and Thai Milk Tea at $5.90 each. Enjoyed them where both Swiss roll leans towards a lighter taste, best paired with their selection of tea.
There are new flavours available such as Yuzu, meringue and salted caramel. Probably the best place for Swiss rolls. 🍰

Featuring here is the Blood Spheres at $4.50 for one, contain a burst of flavours with red wine sangria and orange. 🍷

This chocolate sphere contains 66% valrhona chocolate mousse and passionfruit curd which gives a hint of lemon zest.
