I especially love the ramen noodles from Ramen Keisuke, which were springy and had a great texture. The broth was v slightly peppery, thick and rich in pork bone flavor but could get a little bit overwhelming for some as it is heavy and quite starchy. You get to customize your soup and toppings! And definitely have your fill of the free-flow beansprouts served in the jar. Too yummy.
