Green tea average, yuzu good, black sesame BEST

The sea urchin (Uni?) is sooo good; melts in your mouth like butter, and I usually don't like sea urchin. Expensive place tho, $49 for this plate. Worth it for highest grade of sashimi I've tasted. Work your way up from light to dark coloured pieces of seafood (light to heavy taste) 👍 control the urge to go straight for the toro; you can do it, it's worth it!

$39, comes with miso soup; udon noodle soup AND ice cream (green tea, yuzu, black sesame). Whutt~Lunch set on weekends yea~ Don't like the bamboo chopsticks though...come on, sushi tei doesn't use wooden chopsticks right?

Dipping soup very salty, good flavour nonetheless; shld try asking them if they can add stock to the concentrated soup

Wow ok best yusheng ever; coming from someone who doesn't like yusheng

I need more spice. Nice touch with mixing in own miso paste to customize soup based on your own palate.

Without the spice the fish base taste is so strong. Not sure if I like it yet
