We had their 2 #snowskin flavours (white lotus seed paste w/ single yolk, and pandan w/ a Gula Melaka center), presented in this long Premium box ($69, 4pcs) adorned with jade.
I like anything with Valrhona & Passionfruit. This is pretty alright. I guess I still prefer Chef Bruno's burgers! Hahah
Unique~ The foie gras ice cream when eaten alone can be overwhelming but when you eat it together with the brown butter crumble, moscato sponge & raspberry compote, the flavours balanced out & it taste pretty good.
A light & refreshing sorbet with a tart/tangy taste. The sweet-sour notes of freeze-dried pineapple bits added depth & crunch to the sorbet. The perfect palate cleanser after all the sweet & savoury stuff we had.
