Sweet red bean soup with toasted rice cake 人生至此，最讓人動容的紅豆湯，難怪聖經中的以掃會為此賣了長子的位份，日本人真懂得吃，入口是鹹味，接下來則是濃郁的紅豆甜味，以為只有第一口是如此，實質，每一口都由鹹入甜，濃厚的紅豆湯在寒冷的氣候，溫暖身心，卻不膩口,中間一點白是手工麻疾，口感細緻不黏牙，每天都來一碗吧
