Simple recipe, just added bit of apple sauce for a more complex taste.
My first attempt at cookies along with oatmeal choco chip. Thinner batter than oatmeal choco chip.
Used yoghurt as substitute for sour cream. Again, a hit! ☺️
Used 3cups of grated carrots. Frosted with cheese.
Banana choco bread as requested by mom. Substituted sourcream with buttermilk and reduced powdered sugar to 1.25 cups to lessen the sweetness. First time and a hit!
First red velvet. Forgot to chill the cupcakes before putting on the frosting. Next time!
