Soups

Handmade fishballs and other fish paste items to choose from. Soup was quite sweet and tasty with out the msg feel.

They deep fry the deep fried items again to get it crispy on ordering and they serve it separately to keep it crisp. Soup is clear and sweet. Chilli could use with some more kick though as it tasted quite bland.

Peppery soup style. Meat is tender and flavoursome. In the background is kidney and liver soup. Good thing that the organs r cleaned very well with no offal (pun intended) smell.

Prawn dumplings were filled with crunchy prawns, meat n wood ear fungus. Clear and sweet soup.

Turtle soup with a herbal and sweet taste eaten with the punchy chilli makes a great dinner!
