Ocean's Best by Susur Lee 5th course : Char Siew "Umami" Akagi Wagyu beef short ribs with braised edamame beans, wild chanterelle duxelle, Char Siew beef jus and shaved French black truffles.

Hmmmm didn't really like the taste of this dish cos I prefer my beef grilled and there's coriander bits mixed into the chopped mushrooms 😐 Love the taste of the edamame beans though 😊 Overall still good though not impressive.
