Light Bites

OMG! This choux like puff is da bomb! It's from the newly opened Koki Tamagoyaki at Raffles City basement food mall. It's just beside Tiptop curry puff. The choux like pastry is called Shuu. However, it tastes much better than the French choux. It's thinner and more chewy. The crispy croquet top added an extra crunch to it. The custard filling is lighter, fluffier and more flavourful than the usual custard filling. It comes in 4 flavours; vanilla, coffee, matcha and black sesame. I tried the vanilla and I love it. I bite it so hard, the filling came dropping out thus didn't manage to take a pic of the filling. The next time I have it, I will be more gentle eating it. 😄 I'm going back for the rest of the flavours. Maybe tomorrow! 🤗🙆

This brand is really good! Steam it for 12 minutes and it's ready! Look at the oozing filling...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 available in NTUC! Great for tea or anytime of the day! Yummy!!

Couldn't resist ordering this. Had it before and it is one of the better one.. The serving is huge! But still finished it..😆😆😆... Once you start you can't stop! It's so good!!

Took out the air fryer to fry some potatoes for the chicken curry. Decided to try frying luncheon meat. Hassle free and delicious! Easy to cook, good to eat. 😋😋😋

This is an old school tart! Can't really find it anywhere now...but glad the stall at Hong Lim has it and does it well. Look at the filling! Fluffy, fresh and full of coconut goodness!! Yummy yummy!!
