A modern dessert charcuterie plate of raspberry and green apple prosciutto, chocolate salami, milk chocolate and caramelized onion pate with whisky caramel jelly and bacon jam. Very creative indeed!!! Taste as good as it looks! 👍🏻

Ended by night with this carpaccio of compressed watermelon with milk cheese foam, handmade brown butter dust, mint basil gel and handmade watermelon sorbet. Simple deliciousssss!
