Mum's bacon and eggs for breakfast

Shared this big breakfast with my boyfriend at the Hunter Valley Gardens. We got and extra egg and smoked salmon

It had a poached egg, crispy bacon, rocket, roast tomato, on a thick cut cheesy toast. Yum! I did prefer my boyfriend's omelette though.

Mum's dish. She liked everything about it and was very full from it. She didn't like the sausage though. She said it was too oily..

Boyfriend's dish. Was actually really a yummy because I ate some. The egg had a lot of flavour and the tomato chutney was the best!

This was my brother's girlfriends dish. We thought it was going to be a small portion but it was actually worth the money.

Boyfriend enjoyed everything about it even the hollandaise sauce. He isn't really a sauce man but this time he had it all.

Was yum but unfortunately the dough wasn't cooked well enough in the middle
