A taste of New York 🗽 I can't emphasize how much I love the trout dip. It's perfect with the warmly toasted bagels:) and oh oh, not forgetting the their pickles, ooomphhhh, help to open up your appetite to fit in more food! 😋

Crisp bread that comes with savoury slices of pepperoni, greens, tomatoes and melty cheese, with chips along as a side. Served warm, it's the type of light breakfast that you would crave for to be served at home to start an idyllic weekend with.

Meat lovers will delight in the 35-day dry aged sirloin steak of perfect doneness, accompanied by chicken liver crostini, deep fried sage and (it’s back to Italy) with a sprinkle of Italian truffles. We’ve got our heart set on the lobster al forno, an Italian classic of absolutely fresh and succulent Boston lobster—its firm flesh crunching between our teeth like music to the ears, served alongside a piquantly robust handmade spaghetti pomodoro. Situated within POMO in the Dhoby Ghaut area, Montana Brew Bar serves a variety of burgers, waffles, sandwiches, and pastries. On the coffee front, Montana offers artisanal coffee blends -- from single origin roasts to their own special house blend. They boast a rather extensive waffle selection, both savoury (think Truffle Mac & Cheese) and sweet (Waffle Suzette, Cinnamon Apple Pie, Strawberry Fields). Go for the Southern Fried Chicken Waffle Sandwich and Red Velvet Waffle Stack! Prices are very reasonable.

Besides coffee or gourmet tea, the set includes: mega raisin scones, Earl grey macarons, chocolate eclairs, apple cinnamon crumble, carrot cake, mango yoghurt cake, biscotti, mini passionfruit verrine, ham & cheese sandwiches, BLT sandwiches, and smoked salmon tartines.

My favourite item? The scone, smeared with orange peel mascarpone.
