This noodle is really fantastic .Firstly, the soup is make of pork bone.The black color is black crushed garlic.Garlic is my favorite.And the egg is not thoroughly cooked😋😋😋.The egg yolk will flow out. The pork has little bit fat.It make me unforgettable.If u come to Hong Kong, u must try this noodle😉😉😉
