Thai
Service sucks but food is quite nice.
some restaurants just escape your radar totally. nana thai at far east plaza has been around for the longest time and earns its loyal followers. menu is not much thai but food is good and flavorful. most importantly, does not hurt your pocket a bit after a day's shopping.
The mangoes weren't quite ripe yet and were a tad sour (I actually find the acidity refreshing), but that sticky rice is the best I've had – it's soaked in pandan juice (hence the green hue) so there's a mild sweetness and fragrance, and cooked down so well that every grain is soft and perfectly chewy. 👍👍
