Enjoyed this light flavored angel cake a year ago for our niece's birthday. Can still remember the softness of the cake that's just like melting in the mouth.. :)

The first pie I ever maid. Just last year. I just needed to improve how I laid the dough. I realized late that it'll shrink somehow..but rest assured that I enjoyed it with my friends.. :)

I thought cooking one is difficult.. But it just required me patience and delicate hands to wrap it all just right :)

It's the best when it's refrigerated overnight having a combination of moist and thick flavor.. :)

I needed an improvised strainer to support the fish while frying it in a big pan which here in the philippines we call kawa. I also had a helper in carrying the fish back and forth to the pan because I myself can't carry it. This was a very exciting experience for me to cook this 14kl stuff without tearing it and making sure it's just cooked in the inside perfectly without burning it on the outside part. :)
