Tangy sweet Strawberries in spongy soft vanilla layer, the pastry chef did a wonderful job in constructing my 2013 birthday candles cushion! Thanks!

Custom made by an online home baker. Soft but slightly dry in vanilla sponge structure, the cake is layered in dark choc cream. still, it is the thought that counts:))

This is the most marvelous slab of cake I ever had from Cedele. Not even their famed carrot cake could beat this. The is the winner, a strong one, that will top my list unless something new comes along. They have a NEW pear & hazelnut cake for this Father's Day occasion which I haven't had..

Light and creamy cheese layer sits atop the sandy cookie base. The chopped almonds add texture to creamy structure lending a strong nutty note. The only regret: the blueberry jam was not evenly spread out but stuck at the side of the cake.

Customized and made with chocolate sponge, layering with cherry conserves.. the lovely ssc makes my day.

Customized. The chocolate cake is moist and robust in taste. Very delicious and not cloying sweet.
