Every time we make to much batter for our cakes, we always treat ourselves to muffins....

We made these with a basic cake mix and ice cream cones from the supermarket. The trick to spoon the cake batter into the cone before baking... Though it can be quite tricky keeping them upright... Kids loved them so did us bigger kids!!
