Everyone's favourite. I am back for extra helping of grilled corn, onion and pineapples.

Surprisingly fresh and tasty!

The whole fish is fried and then stewed. The roast pork belly adds amazing flavour to the stew

The cold cuts at Seasonal Taste are exquisite.

Mind you, this is not your ordinary 咕咾肉 sweet and sour pork! First and foremost the cut used are not typical. Instead of pork belly, ribs were used. The natural springiness and juiciness of the ribs works perfectly in this dish, although it's chunkier it has a better bite to it. The grilled flavours also give this dish a less familiar twist but in a good way. I cannot not mention the other essential accompaniments - pineapple and capsicum, they comes nicely caramelised which enhances the overall taste and appeal for the dish

Really tasty Hokkien Mee served piping hot on a fan of Oba leaf. The sweetness comes through from the stock which exudes the flavours of freshly cooked shrimps... or maybe lobsters - given there were plenty in the spread.

Get grooving as you whip up your very own version of Caesar salad with wide array of ingredients and condiments. Dun forget to add their pre-mixed mayo-egg salad for extra creaminess!
