Lamb cutlets served with Italian Eggplant Caponata, sautéed Mushrooms and Sage sauce. Cutlets was immensely tender and juicy, with a little crisp lining your every bite. Flavors are magnified when paired with the mushrooms. Sage sauce a just little overwhelming. Definitely worth a second order!
Cute presentation, yummy fillets, crispy perfection! Loved everything about this.
