Disappointing at $30. Same quality (or better) for half the price at Aston's. Marinated only with salt, and probably not for very long. Beef was slightly tough, and not charred well - did not have complex roasted flavours. It's plated beautifully, but I don't eat that.
Well executed: bland fatty flavours perfectly complemented by sweet and slightly sour dressing. Plating was beautiful although I could not capture it (long plate). $15
