Re-burps!
Claypot laksa from The Sleeping Rhino. http://danielfooddiary.com/2013/07/22/thesleepingrhino/
Had a marron (large fresh water crayfish) feast for lunch. Must say that fresh water stuff aren't as tasty as their salt water relatives
Undeniably good Saga Beef with a poached egg and black truffle shavings. Da BOMB
Pulled pork shoulder, coleslaw, chipotle aioli, brioche bun. $20
My favourite dish this afternoon.
New hangout spot discovered and it's a gem ☺
Finally checking out this place! BRUSSELS
The perfect combination. Milk tea and curry beef brisket hor fun. #burpple
It's so good, we ordered it twice.
Quite nice. Skin was crispy and the meat quite tender.
'Kong Ba Bao', a good fusion of braised lean pork belly in hot stone and wrap it with bao (bun) in a pretty unique Asian way. Top it up with truffle fries: specially good.
Laksa 2 days in a row! One of my personal favorite dishes. How does this compare to Ivin's? Ivins one has more spices and the curry is thicker, with a distinctive Peranakan flavour. This one is more local, and not so concentrated. Seems like substantial, however still tastes great. Do remember to add chilli! Not spicy enough for me!
