Among the best seller and must-taste specialties in the house is the Pete’s Ribs, which is every meat lover’s dream. The dish comes in two options: Spicy or the Original (served with corn and carrots). This hearty pork ribs is richly seasoned with select spices and slowly grilled until tender and juicy. You will immediately notice the generous serving, with its huge chunk of baby back ribs. Pete’s Ribs cost Php159 with rice and only Php169 with mashed potatoes.

My Chicken Parmesan made me think of pizza: tomato-ey, a bit sweet, a bit sour. The chicken meat is tender.

Since I love seafood, I'm going to feature Moon Café’s Gambas Ala Luna. This dish is simply sautéed shrimp in lemon, garlic, butter, cayenne and fresh parsley to top it all off.

It’s a grilled American ribs with BBQ sauce. I think the serving size is comparable with that of Casa Verde – ample size for one person with mixed vegetables and rice. The meat was tender and perfectly grilled.

I am really not aware of what ingredients they used in this dish but the taste was familiar to me. Although I am really not a fan of Pork mixed with vegetables and sauce I think the dish tasted good. The pork was properly cooked and it was tender and juicy inside. Serving size for this dish was more than enough for one person.

Cyprus chicken (pan-seared breast fillet with olives in tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella). Its taste good.

Belly Crunch. The strips of battered bacon cut pork belly with your choice of 3 sauces: asian (hot)/tangy (mild)/ barbecue.

For a half kilo lechon, P280 is really cheap. I can’t find half kilo of lechon in Manila that is this tasty and cheap. Never dine at Zubuchon without ordering this.
