so-so for my taste, others find this awesome.
taste is subjective, not personal...
chicken braised and cooked in red wine, garnished w pearl onions, bacon, mushrooms, and farfalle pasta.
cod cooked in parchment paper; romanesco variations(can't see it from the photo); confit of tomatoes, pickled shallots on top.
simple dessert w all the taste profile, sweet, salty, bitter and sour..
I shall taste thee next time... jampack on a week end.
