Fresh clams and Prawns with well fried Meehoon. Tasty and lot of cabbage. With added pork lard bits that add in the crunchiness making the meal very edible. 👍👍👍

Although this restaurant serves very good herbal dishes it also serves non-herbal dishes like this. Well fried rice without a tinge of oil and accompanied by very crispy Sakura shrimps. Yummy yummy yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 January 11.

This suckling pig with glutinous rice is chef Kang's version of the HK version made popular by Kimberly Cuisine. The rice is beneath the pig making the rice more fragrant as the pig's oil dripped on it. Hence eating the fragrant rice is great. Must order at least 3 days in advance for him to prepare.

This dish doesn't look appealing nor appetizing but looks really deceiving. The Heng Hwa bee hoon is very fine and Putien cooked it with chicken and pork soup before frying it. Ingredients wise you have to dig deep to discover the tiny crispy pork, small clams with shell and prawns. Overall it's a really tasty meal for one. Order the bigger portion if you're sharing.

This is part of chef Liu's tasting lunch menu. An interesting and innovative dish. The crispy skin and almond flakes sandwich the minced shrimp and give it an interesting texture.

An interesting take on a brûlée. It's deconstruction of a brûlée but great taste. Super delicious.

Chef Kang's top carbo dish. Very fragrant and tasty. Sinful but yummy!

This new Japanese Resturant serves good sushi, shashimi and grilled items. The grilled items are done well. Nicely seasoned and grilled.

This minced Wagyu with egg yolk is chef Wei creation. It's creamy to taste. Yet when it's complemented it with finely cut deep fried garlic or sea salt this dish brings out different tastes.

Seasonal dish by this restaurant. Full of fresh ingredients in a big pumpkin. The pumpkin is very sweet. Good enough for five and more.

Yummidelicious ice cream that's both sweet and savoury. A very good end to a good omaske meal.

Made of beef, pork and seafood the patty of this burger is very tasty. With an egg and the bottom layer of potato paste this burger is truly a meal to go for. There're prawns served with it too.

Live to eat and eat to share.
