Salmon was not over cooked, prefect with a squeeze of lemon juice on top

Not the usual bread I must say.... crust is crispy, inside is soft n hollow & still warm when it's served

The pork is abit hard, maybe fried for too long but the lemongrass taste is well balance n spicy

Crisper then donut, inside is light & fluffy with sugar coating. I had two balls to myself .... Balance mah!!!! Hee Hee!!!!
